This addendum applies to consumer purchases from outside the U.S. and supplements the CWYN Terms and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, this addendum controls for the affected jurisdiction.
Where applicable, consumers may have a withdrawal/cancellation right for digital purchases. If you request immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once access begins.
Nothing in CWYN policies limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
