Refund Policy

Effective date: February 27, 2026

This policy applies in addition to any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law. Where local law grants cancellation, withdrawal, or statutory remedies, those rights prevail.

Consumer vs business purchasers

Consumer purchasers (personal/family/household use) may have additional statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and remedy rights depending on jurisdiction.

Business purchasers (commercial/professional use) are generally governed by this Refund Policy and the CWYN Terms, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Digital-product baseline

Because CWYN products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final except in the cases below and where law requires otherwise.

Access/download evidence: If our records show the digital product was successfully delivered and accessed (e.g., download link redeemed, files retrieved, or entitlement confirmed), refunds may be denied except where required by law or where CWYN determines an exception is appropriate.

Access issue fast path: if your order appears paid but you cannot access your files, contact support@cwyn.com first with your order ID, purchase email, and the best screenshot or error detail you have.

That gives us the fastest route to verify entitlement, resend delivery instructions, or confirm whether the issue is a true non-delivery case before a refund decision is needed.

Eligible refund exceptions

Request method

Email support@cwyn.com with subject “Refund Request” and include your order ID, purchase email, and issue summary. If payment disputes are already open with your bank/processor, include that reference so we can coordinate response timing.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve access issues within the cure window, and chargebacks may delay support and delivery while we investigate.

Abuse, fraud, and policy integrity

CWYN reserves the right to deny or limit refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or materially misleading claims in support submissions, to the extent permitted by law.

EU/EEA/UK immediate-performance notice

For digital content made available immediately, customers in applicable regions consent to immediate performance and acknowledge withdrawal rights may be lost once access begins.
